Technotrans is a queer club night where the dancefloor transforms into a playground for trans*, inter and nonbinary people, queers and their friends. The identity is inspired by drag racing, a type of racing using specifically crafted automobiles. We wanted to imagine queerness within the context of a hypermasculine but largely performative event.
The identity included motion design, template making, designing branded Instagram post frames, a social media logo, and print and digital media.
Technotrans was also a recipient of Musicboard Berlin project funding.
